The next event sponsored by the Altar Society will be the Annual Parish Picnic at Guardian Angels Catholic Church on Sunday, September 13th this year. This event will also include the Basket raffle, with deadlines typically set for late July or early August. More details will be provided in June or July.

THE OTHER USUAL EVENTS SPONSORED BY THE ALTAR SOCIETY COMING UP -

The Giving Tree project will take place from mid-November to early December.

Join us for Breakfast with Santa in early December.

Additionally, there are many events sponsored by the Parish -

We will host a pasta and Angel Food Cake celebration on the Feast of Guardian Angels, which falls on October 2nd.

Mark your calendars for the Ladies Gathering Meeting on September 19th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

There is usually a men's breakfast around the time of the Super Bowl.

Don't forget about our Pet Blessing day in October.

The PSR kids will be involved in fundraisers too, such as a pancake breakfast or pasta dinner. Also, keep an eye out for updates on our Vacation Bible School!

Join us for the Vacation Bible School at Guardian Angels Catholic Church from June 23 through June 25, running each evening from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles are warmly invited to bring your children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Both adults and children will attend together, with breakout sessions tailored for different age groups.

During this enriching experience, come and learn more about Jesus and our Catholic faith through engaging games, uplifting songs, creative crafts, and a special presentation for adults. We will also gather for prayers and conclude with the 5:00 pm Mass on Saturday, June 27th.

Each night of VBS (June 23-25) will begin with an opening prayer, followed by a light dinner for everyone to enjoy together.

On Saturday, June 27th, the 5:00 pm Mass will take place in the pavilion at Guardian Angels. The children who participated in our Family VBS will have the joy of singing during the Mass, so don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs.

Please note that registration is required for this event. Registration forms can be found in the back of the church or at the Rectory office. You can also email the completed form to Lisa at lisaacov1@gmail.com. The registration deadline is June 21st. We look forward to seeing you there and sharing in this wonderful experience together, along with other Altar Society events!

Set aside Saturday, September 19th, 2026, from 8:30 am to 2 pm to celebrate Self Care September at Guardian Angels Catholic Church. This interactive gathering for women, part of the Altar Society events, will feature dynamic facilitators who will guide participants in creating their own unique self care plan. The event will be held in the church hall, with no charge and lunch provided. Watch the bulletin for more details as the time gets closer, and don't forget to check out our upcoming Vacation Bible School!
